This work is a collaborative search for common ground, a search for the other within oneself, and simultaneously the self within the other.

A split compels the visitor to disengage from one (place) in order to engage (an)other. Inspired by the abruptness with which land becomes water at the site,

the power of elevation change and the meeting of various scales of time and space, we ask the question: why have you come here to the end of land and the beginning of water?
